4.1 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
4.2 Return Conditions for Baby Products
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.
- For hygiene reasons (Feeding and Diapering items), the product must be in its original, unopened packaging with seals intact.
- Items like opened pacifiers, breast pumps, or used diapers are strictly non-returnable.
4.3 Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the item was received damaged or defective.
4.4 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
