3.1 Order Processing Time
We know that babies don’t wait. All orders for Feeding and Diapering essentials are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
3.2 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days.
- International Shipping: 12–21 business days.
- Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high seasonal demand for Baby Gifts.
3.3 Customs, Duties, and Taxes
wellvogue.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
3.4 Tracking and Damage
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. If your Nursery furniture or Baby Gift arrives damaged, please contact support@wellvogue.com immediately with photographic evidence so we can file a claim with the carrier.
